Say it with Flowers - Mother's Day

This year was the first year that I didn't receive any flowers on Mother's Day. I was quite upset about it as I always love receiving flowers as a gift but we were away for the weekend so I guess there was nowhere to keep them.

Having said that I did buy bunches of flowers for my loved ones. I think it's so special to receive flowers delivered to your door. It always puts a smile on my face. I browsed http://www.flyingflowers.co.uk as they had so many gorgeous ones to choose from.

I found the information below so interesting to read. I'm definitely one of the 76% that bought flowers on Mother's Day. I'm also one of those that sends flowers long distance. My mother lives in Australia (they celebrate Mother's Day on a different date to us) so i'll be sending her some in May.

My favourite range from Flying Flowers is the Prima range. They are so pretty. It's my birthday later this month so hopefully i'll receive some flowers for that. Hint hint to family members reading this :)

Do you send flowers for special occasions? That are your favourite flowers?

  1. What a beautiful bouquet! Stunning colours. I would never buy myself flowers or encourage others but am thrilled to receive them as a surprise :)

  3. Beautiful flowers!! I love getting my mum flowers. We have a bit of a thing about mothers day because of the price hike so she likes to get flowers on non-holidays instead which I think is nicer because it's less expected too x
